Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer sample invitations so you can see the bottle, invitation insert, print quality and overall presentation before placing a full order. Samples are a great way to feel confident about your purchase.
How much do custom invitations cost?
Custom invitation pricing depends on the design, quantity and any add-ons such as hand-burnt edges on bottle label and invitation, seashell accents or matching stationery. Most orders start at $15.97, and we’re happy to provide a custom quote based on your event needs.
What’s the smallest number of invitations I can order?
You can order as few as 10 invitations, perfect for smaller gatherings!
Do you offer quantity discounts?

When should I order my invitations?
We recommend ordering your custom invitations at least 4–5 weeks before you plan to mail or hand-deliver them. This allows enough time for design, proof approval, production, shipping and guest addressing if needed.
How many invitations should I order?
Most customers order one invitation per household rather than one per guest. We usually recommend ordering a few extras for keepsakes, last-minute guest list additions, and mailing mishaps.
PRODUCT DETAILS
What is included with each invitation?
Each invitation includes an 8-inch glass bottle with cork, a printed invitation insert and a matching bottle label. You can also add a details or travel insert, as well as sand and seashells inside the bottle, both at no extra cost. Each bottle comes fully assembled in its own shipping box.
What size is the bottle and invitation insert?
The bottle measures approximately 8 inches tall and the invitation insert is sized to fit neatly inside at approximately 8.5 by 5 inches. Exact sizing may vary slightly depending on the design style.
What size is the bottle label?
The bottle label size is approximately 2.5 inches tall by 2 inches wide.
What kind of paper is used for the invitation insert?
Our invitation inserts are printed on high-quality vellum paper, selected for a premium feel and excellent print clarity.
Can I order stationery only without the bottle?
Yes. We also offer stationery-only options, including invitation cards, detail cards, RSVP cards, bottle labels and other coordinating pieces without the bottle packaging.
Do you offer matching RSVP cards or other stationery?
Yes. We can create matching RSVP cards, detail cards, thank-you cards, menus, signage, programs, and other coordinating stationery to help you keep a consistent event look.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can I use my own artwork or logo on the invitation?
Yes. You’re welcome to provide your own artwork, monogram, or logo for your custom invitation design. For best results, we recommend high-resolution or vector files.
Can I change the colors of the invitation to match my event?
Yes. We can adjust invitation colors to better match your event palette, theme, or brand colors. If you have a specific color reference, feel free to send it when placing your order.
Can I replace the sample wording with my own event text?
Absolutely. All wording can be customized with your event details, including names, date, time, venue, RSVP information, dress code, and special notes. We’ll send a proof for your review before printing.
Can I add a QR code or website address for online RSVPs?
Yes. We can add a QR code, wedding website, event page, or RSVP link to your invitation insert or additional card. This is a popular option for online RSVPs and event details.
Can I add a second page for additional details or accommodations?
Yes. A second insert page can be added for extra information such as accommodations, itinerary details, registry information, parking instructions, or event weekend notes at no extra charge.
Do you offer fully custom invitation design services?
Yes. We offer fully custom invitation design services for customers who want something unique beyond the standard layout. Custom design options are ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, brand events and luxury invitations. (Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for proofing process)
ORDERING AND TURNAROUND
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders typically process within 5 to 10 business days after final approval.
How long does design, printing, and shipping take?
Most invitation orders take about 3-5 business days for design and proofing, plus 5-15 business days for production and shipping. Timing may vary based on quantity, revisions, and shipping destination.
Can I make changes after final approval?
Changes can be made before final proof approval. Once your order has been approved for print, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees, depending on the stage of production.
Do you offer rush processing?
Yes, rush processing may be available depending on our current production schedule. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline, and we’ll let you know the fastest available turnaround.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. We offer quantity pricing for larger invitation orders. If you need a higher volume, contact us for a custom quote and available bulk discounts.
Do I have to assemble the invitations myself?
No. Invitations arrive assembled unless otherwise noted per a customer's request. We package them carefully so they are ready for presentation, gifting or mailing preparation.

Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes. We work with businesses, agencies, and event planners on corporate invitation orders for launches, client gifting, company celebrations and branded events.
Can you match my company branding or event colors?
Yes. We can incorporate your logo, brand colors, fonts, and overall visual style to create invitations that align with your company branding or event identity.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Does each invitation come with its own shipping box?
Each order is packaged securely for safe transit. Individual shipping boxes are included for each invitation.
How do you package invitations to protect them during shipping?
We package each invitation with care using protective materials designed to reduce movement and help prevent damage during transit. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully presented.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged items. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
