What to Expect After You Order
Proofing
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our team will then start preparing your invitation proof.
Have extra details to share, like a QR code, custom images, or color changes? Send them with your order confirmation number so we can match them to your order.
Your first digital proof is usually ready within 1–2 business days. Please review it carefully and send us any edits you'd like. Most revisions are completed within 24–48 hours.
We will not begin production until:
- your final proof is approved
- your Order Confirmation Form is signed
Approval & Production
Once your design is final, we’ll email you an Order Confirmation Form to sign. After we receive it, your order will move into production.
- Orders of 20 invitations or more: a physical proof will be mailed for final approval
- Orders of 20 invitations or fewer: final approval is based on your digital proof
Production usually takes 5–10 business days after signed approval.
Shipping
All invitation orders ship via UPS Ground and require a signature at delivery.
