Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged items. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. Once a final
proof has been approved and due to the customization of each invite, we do not refund or accept returns for any reason.
Changes Policy
Once a proof has been reviewed and approved and work has commenced, changes will only be made at an additional charge.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once processing
has begun, no request for cancellation can be accepted.
